View full listing & applyAdministrator: IT Support Duties & Responsibilities: To provide support to the IT department Financial Administration of accounts • Processing of purchase orders and invoices • Day to day record tracking of expenses against budget • Assist with budget planning Provide secretarial and administrative duties • Book meetings • Compile minutes at meetings • Arrange and co-ordinate internal and external meetings/functions • Compile reports • Order stationery, tea/coffee for the department • Record keeping of all information • Assist in collecting monthly management data • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Act as a backup to Asset Management team • Manage diaries for IT Management and boardroom Administrator: IT Support • Day to day support to IT management Administrate asset/software • Assist with maintenance of the inventory for software and hardware • Assist with booking in- and booking-out of hardware & software
