Associate Partner -Management Consulting (C-Suite level) Are you a driven and energetic and excellent mentor/leader. Our client is an established management consulting firm – (Strategy Consulting, Revenue enhancement) and they are looking to engage a Senior Manager /Partner C-suite level executive to join their team. Duties / Responsibilities: Required is your people management, savvy business development expertise, and multi -project delivery experience. - Your industry and functional experience (Public sector). - Your problem-solving approach. - Your thought leadership trends in consulting and key industries. As a partner you will oversee multiple engagements for multiple clients, maintain long-term relationships with more senior-tenured clients and entire organisations. Advise clients in terms of strategy and solutions, outline the scope of work with clients and teams and manage requests for proposals. The Role will be accountable for project deliverables and impact; Remain involved in daily problem-solving and help project teams solve the toughest parts of each challenge. Play a lead role as a mentor within the organisation and to colleagues, take a leadership role in the firm and contribute to operational procedures and best practice /practice leadership, etc.
