Role Overview As a Community Career Strategist, you will be the frontline career guide for job seekers on the platform. Your role is to: Help individuals clarify their career direction Guide them to improve their employability Support them in navigating job opportunities effectively Act as the bridge between talent and opportunity Train job seekers on communication skills Use of ethical AI in resume writing using people curated platform You are not just assisting — you are shaping career outcomes at scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Career Guidance & Support Conduct structured career guidance sessions (chat, video, or async) Help job seekers identify: Strengths & transferable skills Career gaps & blockers Realistic career paths Provide actionable guidance (not generic advice) 2. Job Seeker Readiness Review and improve CVs and profiles Guide candidates on: Job search strategy Interview preparation Personal branding (LinkedIn, portfolios) 3. Platform Engagement Actively support users on the People Curated platform Guide users through tools, insights, and recommendations Encourage completion of profiles and assessments 4. Talent Matching Support Identify strong candidates for roles Collaborate with recruiters where needed Surface high-potential talent within the community 5.
