• Develop and execute category strategies on global and regional level in close alignment with stakeholders. • Plan and lead strategic sourcing projects, engaging stakeholders and required cross-functional resources. • Define supplier base and secure capacity, plan and coordinate implementation (timeline, resources, cost, and quality). • Manage spend, monitor compliance to category strategies/approved vendor lists. • Manage supplier development/performance and setup/contribute to supplier relationship programs with key suppliers. • Support regional and/or local sourcing projects related to assigned categories by giving guidance, providing methodologies and sharing any other relevant expertise. • Ensure compliance of the category strategies and sourcing projects with OUR CLIENT Procurement Policy, Directive and Guidelines as well as legal and regulatory requirements and supply strategies. • Collate and analyse supplier data and use this to improve contracts and relationships with key suppliers.
