Role: Channel Partnerships Manager - (Commission-Based) Company: People Curated Location: Remote | Global Engagement: Commission-Based | High-Ownership Role About the role: People Curated is rethinking how talent is discovered, trusted, and hired globally. Instead of relying on outdated job boards and transactional recruitment models, we’re building an autonomous partner-led talent ecosystem powered by curation, data, and long-term relationships. To scale this vision, we’re opening up a high-impact commission-based Channel Partnerships Manager role for someone who wants to build, own, and monetise strategic partnerships—without income ceilings or bureaucratic drag. This is not a support role. This is a growth ownership role. What You’ll Own Channel Strategy & Partner Growth 1. Identify and onboard strategic partners such as: - Recruitment agencies and independent recruiters - Talent communities, professional networks, and accelerators - Startups looking to scale and enterprises that are serious about Talent Acquisition done the right way. 2. Design partnership models that create recurring value for both sides. -Revenue Creation Through Relationships 3.Channel Partnerships Manager- CPM • Activate partners into revenue-generating contributors on the platform. • Drive deal flow, platform adoption, and long-term partner engagement. • Build trust-based relationships that convert into repeat business. 4. Autonomy & Leverage •Operate with full ownership over your pipeline and partnerships. •Shape how People Curated shows up in new markets and ecosystems. •Turn early traction into scalable, repeatable growth loops.
