About the role Reporting to the Group CHRO, the manager in the CHRO’s office will work closely with the CHRO and the HR leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives and provide support across various aspects of the department. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, a strong HR background, and a proven track record of successfully delivering strategic projects. Role Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Projects: Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of key HR projects, such as talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance management systems, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR process improvements. 2. Chief of Staff Support: Provide high-level support to the CHRO in managing day-to-day operations, including calendar management, prioritization of tasks, and coordination of meetings and events. Act as a strategic advisor, conducting research, preparing reports, and delivering presentations on HR-related matters. Assist in the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the HR department. Collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and HR team members to align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as a liaison between the CHRO and other executives, facilitating effective communication and ensuring HR priorities are understood and supported across the organization. 4. HR Analytics and Reporting: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the CHRO and HR leadership team. Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Identify trends, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions to drive continuous improvement within the HR function. 5. Change Management: Support the CHRO in leading organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs. Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement. 6. Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR department. Promote professional development opportunities and provide coaching to enhance team members' skills and capabilities Skills & Experience: • Extensive experience in HR management, including a deep understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures. • Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic HR projects, with experience in change management and organizational development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • High level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
