E-Learning Content Developer
About this role
As an E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for research and conceptualising often complex design concepts & ideas into meaningful course stories/ information and create interactive and engaging visual course material for publication on our LMS. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the creation of infographics. A background in copywriting is also necessary, previous exposure to HRM Training and course creation would be an added advantage. Responsibilities • Design and develop course content. • Give guidance to our content and editorial team members. • Manage our LMS and create reporting mechanisms. • Design infographics and videos when necessary • Be proactive and suggest new learning materials.
