Problems are complex and open ended and affect more than one area of the business. Performance Outputs • Demand management Implement approved demand planning and forecasting strategy • Acquisition Management Support the negotiation process. • Compliance Ensure compliance with at relevant legislation, policies, procedures and applicable pre-scripts • Risk Management Provide strategic guidance in order to safeguard organisation against exposure. Identify, analyse and mitigate risks. • Transformation Manage, monitor and report Enterprise Development Initiatives. Define, develop, monitor and ensure implementation of socio-economic development policies and procedures Drive BBBEE imperatives in line with legislative requirements. Develop, review and monitor BBBEE plans and strategies to ensure required targets are met Implement BBBEE strategies to ensure required targets are met Build awareness and participation amongst relevant stakeholders through implementation of training and other initiatives. Integrate and consolidate transformation Initiatives through procurement. Identify, develop, review and monitor Enterprise and development of small black businesses. • Stakeholder Relations Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals. Implement remedial actions where required. Provide Input into SLA development and support implementation. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Internal and external stakeholders. • Financial Management Provide input into, manage and monitor Departmental and Functional budgets. • Project Management Manage procurement projects within delegated level. • Reporting Compile, submit and present various reports. • People Management Accountable for operational team performance through effective management within policies and procedures to ensure achievement of standards/objectives. Provide input into workforce planning and Implement approved labour plans to ensure team is suitably staffed to meet sub-functional objectives. Plan, organise, lead and control subordinates' activities to ensure sub-functional objectives are met or exceeded. Manage people development initiatives and people development processes such as performance management, succession planning and talent management to meet functional performance standards. Agree and Implement own and sub-ordinates development plans. Coach team and create a pro-learning environment Assess team development needs and dose gaps.
