Job Summary: Our client seeks a motivated Sales Manager to join their team to play a crucial role in long term strategic relationships and identifying potential customers (employer partners), building and maintaining existing relationships, and growing their network to help meet their business objectives. If you are passionate about education and have a proven record of driving sales growth, our client would love to have you on their team. Responsibilities: ● Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with employer and industry partners aligned with organisation’s mission and values, with the primary aim of securing placements for apprentices. Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy to engage potential partners and deepen existing relationships. ● Leadership & Team Management: You will be responsible for building, shaping, and leading a sales team, responsible for placing apprentices with employers, and connecting organisation to industry. Build a sense of team identity and purpose and motivate the sales team. Work closely with the team, to align sales activities with organisational goals. ● Sales Structures & Processes: You will develop structures, systems and processes for the sales team, to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness in their engagement with industry. This includes working with our CRM system: Salesforce, to build out better workflows and make data backed decisions. ● Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for industry partners, ensuring exceptional communication. Manage ongoing relationships, fulfil partnership commitments, provide regular updates on the impact of their support. ● Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration: You will need to be able to connect organisation to the industry, ensuring industry insights and feedback ● Apprentice Connection & Relationships Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with apprentices with regards to placements, and for working closely with the Student Affairs team to ensure continued success on site ● Networking and Outreach: Represent organisation at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our network of corporate partners and supporters. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the Organisation within the corporate community.
