Role Responsibilities: • Liaise with the organisation's business units to address business requirements and translate these into systems via effective execution and delivery. • Design and develop omni channel call centre solutions and technologies. • Lead in development and implementation of an effective IT Strategy and prioritise and promote innovation in support of the organizational goals, objectives and strategic requirements. • Lead in the development of a holistic viewpoint of all technology in the enterprise (Enterprise Architecture Strategy) by using an Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework as guideline. • Provide consultancy and support to business units in identifying and implementing technical capabilities that meet the business needs. • Define, model and maintain business and technology capability frameworks. • Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies of existing IT services, by following the Agile methodology of Develop, Test, Release, Feedback & Improve. • Define, model and maintain reference architecture frame of reference to facilitate seamless interaction between different architecture domains and groups. • Define and apply principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise. • Maintain appropriate alignment with the information security architecture and principles. • Retain seamless and cost-effective integration patterns. • Propose architectural enhancements in order to realise security, agility, performance and cost effectiveness. • Identify appropriate methodologies, best practices and create standards & guidelines. • Maintain the documentation and all architectural blueprints. • Lead and manage governance frameworks and forums.
