It involves working across various industry sectors. Qualifications and experience Key responsibilities Overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying Compiling project estimates with detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) Measuring and taking-off drawings as required Leading engagements with Clients and Consultants throughout all project stages Ensuring material estimates are prepared and production budgets are drafted Advising on cost and contractual requirements and preparing contract documents Preparing claims and submitting invoices Leading the Cost Management Team and ensuring successful delivery Compiling monthly cost reports Ensuring Final Accounts are prepared and approved Managing contracts on a national level
