Role Purpose The Student Recruitment Director is responsible for leading and executing student recruitment across all recruitment cycles. The role focuses on driving enrolment through strong recruitment strategy, sales-led execution, team leadership, and the development of sustainable recruitment pipelines. The Director leads recruitment teams, builds systems and processes that enable scale, manages data-driven decision making, and oversees external feeder and supplier relationships. The role is part of the selection committee, with final enrolment decisions owned by the Registrar team. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment Strategy and Execution • Develop and lead recruitment cycle strategies • Own the execution and delivery of recruitment plans across all cycles. • Ensure recruitment performance is consistently tracked and optimised. • Sales Leadership and Team Management • Lead and manage recruitment teams with a strong sales and conversion focus. • Set clear targets, performance expectations, and accountability. • Coach and manage team performance to drive results. • Build a disciplined, high-performing recruitment function. • Pipeline and Feeder Management • Build, manage, and sustain recruitment pipelines. • Manage external feeder and supplier relationships, including schools, Student Recruitment Manager (Director) community partners, advertising partners, in-store activations, and influencers. • Identify and test new pipeline and lead-generation opportunities. • Ensure pipeline quality and volume meet recruitment needs. • Systems, Processes, and Data Management • Build and improve recruitment systems and processes to enable scale and consistency. • Ensure accurate recruitment data tracking and reporting. • Use data to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and risks. • Provide clear, actionable recruitment insights to leadership. ROLE OUTLINE STUDENT RECRUITMENT MANAGER/ DIRECTOR • Selection and Enrolment Support • Contribute to screening and selection discussions. • Ensure alignment between recruitment outputs and selection requirements.
