Student Recruitment Manager

Our client seeks an organised, relationship-driven and results-oriented Student Recruitment Manager. This role is perfect for someone with experience in student recruitment, admissions, education or sales who can guide candidates through the application, selection and enrolment journey while maintaining a strong focus on candidate care and conversion. As the Student Recruitment Manager, you will own the candidate journey from application through to interview, offer, enrolment confirmation and handover into onboarding or student support. You will assess candidate suitability, support application completion, coordinate interviews and guide candidates through client’s programme expectations, funding pathways and enrolment requirements. You will also manage the admissions and conversion pipeline, follow up with candidates and their support networks, maintain accurate records, monitor performance against targets and identify risks that may affect enrolment. You will work closely with the Student Recruitment Associate, Marketing, Student Affairs and leadership to improve conversion outcomes and ensure that every candidate receives clear communication and a defined next step.
