Technical Product Manager- SAP

Technical Product Manager (SAP) Department: IT Support Role Overview The Technical Product Manager serves as a strategic bridge between product clusters, business unit leads, and technical teams. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will oversee end-to-end product strategy, system performance, and technical deliverables while acting as the primary point of contact for operational topics and technical escalations. You will champion Agile SAFe practices, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure strict compliance with internal integrity, anti-bribery, and S.H.E.Q. standards. Key Responsibilities • Strategic & Operational Alignment: Align product strategies with business goals, establish timeline planning for major projects, and define long-term system performance management strategies (e.g., archiving). • Product & Service Management: Manage product cluster budgets across suppliers, oversee capacity/workload planning, enforce SLAs, and handle technical escalation paths. • Incident & Ticket Oversight: Monitor critical/major incident responses, drive root-cause analyses, and guarantee service quality through effective ticket handling. • Innovation & Transformation: Identify emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, Mobile, APIs, AR) to support IT and business unit transformational objectives alongside Enterprise & Solution Architects. • Team Leadership & Onboarding: Oversee team onboarding, foster an environment of empowerment and co-creation, and manage cross-functional, international matrix teams using DevOps methodologies.
